While we have been in California, we have been taking advantage of what it has to offer! First of all, we had to head to the beaches, Newport and Huntington with our some of our family and friends. Grant favors Huntington Beach, for the waves are bigger for his boogie boarding
adventures! I usually just get pummeled! Our last visit we attempted body surfing, which was quickly ended after a few wipe outs, sand filled swim suits, and salt water infiltrating nasal passages, not very amusing. We also found a gun shop that Grant especially loved! :)We also had the oppertunity to visit 
Disneyland and California Adventure thanks to our sister's wedding gift. (Thanks Autumn!) Grant had never been, so he was VERY excited to finally meet Mickey! We enjoyed Space Mountain and Tower of Terror the most! The whole trip was a lot of fun and we were able to go with our sister, Stephanie and her husband TyRell. It was an ejoyable weekend and a wonderful break from work!
